| Spas in Hungary |
 |
Hungary lies on one of the richest geothermal and medicinal water resources in the world. Approximately 1300 thermal springs are explored, and about 300 are used for bathing cures. 130 mineral and medicinal water springs can be found in Budapest.
Most medicinal waters are beneficial to locomotor disorders, rheumatic diseases, orthopaedic illnesses, gynaecological and dermatological problems, and – as a drinking cure – to metabolic and stomach complaints. Cave cures are recommended for people suffering from asthmae, allergy and other respiratory problems.
There are many spa hotels in Hungary where experienced doctors and qualified assistants help you to find the suitable treatment for your problems, after a general health check, of course.
You can read more about these treatments in our Spa - from A to Z |
